The whimsically named resturant WTF, short for Wonderful Taste Foods. Provide genuine, good, wholesome foods prepared and served fresh daily.

Consider this, there was a study that says that nearly 80% of vehicle owners performed DIY work on their vehicles. Telling us that there is an untapped and underserved market. By building The DAR Shop we would be creating a disruption and transforming the automotive, and automotive repair markets. Cut our own slices out of the $900B+ automotive repair market.
Proposal
Seeing an investment of $5,000,000 would allow us to build the facility.
Putting the investment towards buying land ($1M±), modifying or building a new facility ($2M±), purchasing equipment and tools ($1M±), pre-operations ($500K±), and post-operations ($500K±) fund.
The first full year of operations, revenues are projected to hit between $3,000,000 -$5,000,000. If we can maintain 75% to 80% utilization. While trying to keep margins between 20% to 30% with expense being between $2,000,000 to $4,000,000. With low overhead, we can put wages at a higher level. Additional revenue streams boosting efficiencies by 20% to 40% with sales of tools, parts, merchandise, WTFs, and other sources.
Our goal is to deliver to 2 to 3 times your return on your investment with 3 to 6 years. But will likely be able to achieve that much sooner, and will be the goal.
